SNOW DAY!....Part 2

So as I said, after playing outside this morning, we headed in (with a bowl full of fresh snow) to try out hand at making snow ice cream!

 Add sugar...and vanilla

 Stir in the milk...

 Mix well...

 and serve with sprinkles...

 Or sprinkles AND strawberry syrup!

A delicious snow day treat. Here is the recipe for those who want to give this a try.

Snow Ice Cream 

A large bowl full of clean fresh snow- about 6 cups

3/4 cup of sugar

2 tsp vanilla

1 and 1/2 cup milk (add more if need for the right consistency)

Add sugar and vanilla to fresh snow. Stir. Slowly add milk, stirring and adding more until you get the consistency you want. 

Serve with sprinkles...and strawberry syrup of course!
